Welcome to Design Expert 360. This Refund Policy explains our rules regarding refunds for digital products and services.
Digital Product Nature: All design files and 3D design services are digital and instantly delivered. Because items cannot be returned, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
No Refunds on Digital Files: Once a file is delivered or downloaded, refunds, returns, and cancellations are not possible.
Non-Refundable Items: Architectural drawings, structural drawings, electrical/plumbing layouts, fire-fighting layouts, 3D renders, custom designs, and ready-made downloads.
Duplicate or Wrong Payments: Refunds apply only if you were mistakenly charged twice. Proof of payment is required.
Custom Orders: Custom design services are tailored for each client. Once work has started, no refunds can be issued.
File Issues: If you receive a corrupted, incorrect, or incomplete file, we will resend or replace it at no extra cost.
